Brief Background – Nirvana Homes
The Company was founded in 2002 by Nigel Petas who set out to develop unused and dilapidated property in order to produce quality homes, while at the same time enhancing the locality of development sites.
The company has grown from the first development, a single 5 bedroom house, to the latest project which is 14 luxury apartments in one of Torquay’s most desirable residential areas.
Nirvana Homes is a small, family run company which places quality and customer satisfaction at the heart of every development.
Here are just some of the successfully completed site developments since the company’s inception in 2002 :-
The Orchard Bishopsteignton – started 2003, completed 2004.
A 2500 square ft single 4/5 bed detached house, finished to high specification. This was formerly the orchard of the donor property.

Littleleat Cottages Kingsteignton – started 2004, completed 2005.
A development of 3 cottages. 2 and 3 bedroom.
Built on a former private car park within the village center of the Kingsteignton.

Woodland Mews Cottages Paignton started and completed in 2006.
A conversion/renovation of an old Coach House into a terrace of four 2-bed mews cottages.

Bishopgate – Bishopsteignton completed in 2009
The development was for 10 houses, 4 detached 4-bed houses and 6 semi-detached 3-bed houses, on an old church site.

Redevelopment of Falkland Garage Torquay – Completed June 2012.
The old dilapidated garage was demolished and a terrace of 6 two and 3-bed Mews Cottages/Town Houses were build.
For the this development Nirvana Homes was awarded the LABC Gold Award

The Arches Tavistock – started February 2013 completed December 2013.
A development of 5 apartments, adjacent to the old railway viaduct, in the centre of the historic market town of Tavistock.
This project was the company’s first development of flats/apartments.
It was also the first development that sold out ‘off plan’ before the build had completed.

Sunnyside Cottages Ivybridge – Started in March 2014 and completed October 2014.
Very much like Tilia Mews development in Torquay.
An old dilapidated former workshop in the ‘old village’ of Ivybridge.
The old workshops were demolished and four fabulous 2-bed, 2-bath Cottages were built.
Once again like Tavistock ALL PLOTS SOLD OFF PLAN
